Cut and paste from another forum...I thought I'd post in here as the Zed community on NS isn't massive. Plenty of seating so there's no need to RSVP.

What: Melbourne Meet
When: Wednesday, 11 November 2009
Time: 8pm
Where: Garage Cafe, Carlton
Why:- Dinner and meet in one
- Parking inside venue for cars
- Central location
- Quiet(ish) on a weeknight
- Japanese beers
- Pool table
- can't be washed out

PS: At the time suggested it may be unlikely to secure a park inside (~10 spots only)
